being eligible. In 1981 was selected by Vancouver Canucks in round
9, #178 overall.
Caprice made his NHL debut, playing the 3rd period in a blowout
to the Los Angeles Kings. Shortly thereafter he won his first NHL
start, beating the Edmonton Oilers 3-2 on December 10, 1983, in
Vancouver. The game was telecast live on CBC's Hockey Night in
Canada. Caprice earned first-star honours in that 3-2 Canucks victory.
The following season suffered an upper leg injury, (torn hamstring
muscle), December 1, 1984. Caprice had to be taken from the ice
on a stretcher. Because of the injury missed half of the season.

and their farm club in the AHL, the Fredericton Express.
After the 1987-88 season never played another game in the NHL but
still remained in the game playing in various hockey leagues in
North America, IHL, AHL, and WPHL and hockey leagues in Italy and
the United Kingdom.

31-46-11 record with a 4.19 GAA and one shutout.
He retired from hockey in 1999 and returned to his hometown of
